Has my order been sent yet?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

Part of my order is missing
Some orders are processed in multiple shipments. For order issues please use the support feature on our website and someone will be with you as soon as possible. Remember to include your order number.

Can I track my order ?
Order tracking numbers are provided through email once your order has shipped. Using the tracking number provided, you may track where your order is and the expected delivery date.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
If you receive the wrong items in your order simply snap a picture and submit your image alongside your order number in the support chat, and we will take care of you right away.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?
Delivery is included with the price of all of our products unless otherwise specified. Delivery takes up to 10 days. Most orders are recieved within 5 days.
